Small mythical land of the Burgundian vineyards preciously operated and distributed to several wineries. A wide mouth and nose of sweet spices, candied prunes.

Grape variety : Pinot Noir
Vineyard : Vineyard named "En Orveaux" situated above the Clos
Vougeot, exposed to the east. Neighbouring Chambolle-Musigny
Soil : Clay and limestone mix with a large proportion of small
stones.
Maceration process : 100% de-stemmed bunches, five days of cold
maceration, two "pigeage" a day during all the alcoholic fermentation
Total vatting time : 18 days
Pressing : Vertical press.
Total elevage : 18 months
Oak used : One year old barrels from Allier forest
Operations performed during ageing : One racking after the
malolactic fermentation
Filtration : No fining, no filtration
All the ageing operations are carried out according to the lunar calendar
